QI GONG WITH LEO

Qigong, (pronounced “chee-gung”) is a practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing, and meditation. With roots in Chinese medicine, martial arts, and philosophy, qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to balance qi (chi) or what has been translated as ” intrinsic life energy.” Typically a qigong practice involves rhythmic breathing, coordinated with slow stylized repetition of fluid movement, and a calm mindful state. All levels and ages are welcomed. Leo is an incredible teacher with years upon years of experience and has proven how Qi Gong has worked in his own life. He is very patient and kind and he is just a brilliant teacher.

YOGA WITH KYLIE

Kylie’s classes are for everyone and makes you feel welcomed and understands your needs in Yoga. She is knowledgeable and has an incredible pleasant and compassionate personality. Kylie teaches Vinyasa Yoga and it is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” In other words, Kylie will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. All levels and ages are welcomed.

The Healing Clinic is a place to ‘re-charge your batteries’ and receive Healing and upliftment for any physical, mental, emotional or Spiritual sickness, in a peaceful and relaxing environment. Our dedicated Healers are available to provide you a Healing experience. Take a break from your hectic, stressful lives and visit our Healing Clinic. Listen to restful meditation music, while sitting in a comfortable chair, and let one of our Healers share with you the Unconditional Love of the Healing Power. DEVOTIONAL SERVICE

Our services are similar in purpose but different in format to the traditional service. We have blessings of candles for our church and loved ones, an inspirational verse, prayers, an address based on our philosophies, and a meditation with Healing. We sing uplifting songs, as we find that it brings our gathering together and raises our thoughts above everyday concerns. This creates and harmonises the vibrations, and links the physical life (incarnate) and the free spirits (discarnate), joining the two energies for stronger communication. We also give a demonstration of communication with the afterlife with our mediums who are all trained under our Church teachings. We call this ‘platform’ work, ‘overheads’, or a ‘demonstration of spirit’. Feel free to come a little earlier, to sit in our beautiful and tranquil garden and have a cuppa and a chat prior to Church.

This circle is where you will learn about Spiritual Healing, Psychic Development and Spiritual Philosophies in a protected and encouraging environment. It allows like minded individuals a place, time and format in which to explore their own Spiritual gifts peacefully in a class development environment. In this Open Development Circle you learn at your own pace.
